- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to operate cash register and handle cash accurately
- Basic communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location
- Willingness to learn and follow Food Safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

- No previous work experience required
- Basic math skills to operate cash register and balance cash drawer
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service quickly and accurately according to company standards
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following safety and quality guidelines
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, count and return change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care towards guests and coworkers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
