- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers or microwaves
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and efficiency
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- support training and development of new crew members
- assist in handling digital tips and daily operations
