- able to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- able to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods
- comfortable interacting with large groups
- available to work during park operational hours
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and business hours
- prior experience in high-volume customer-facing roles preferred
- customer service or sales experience is a plus
- able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor safety on the courts to ensure a secure environment
- serve customers and prepare orders in the café
- host parties and manage guest experiences effectively
- handle front desk operations including membership sales and customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
- communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- ensure compliance with all safety protocols and park rules
