Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks required in a restaurant setting

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for serving and helping customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with company policies
- Participate in training to build skills and confidence across all restaurant functions
- Handle cash register and digital tips accurately
- Follow company guidelines for sustainable and responsible food preparation
