- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
- Capability to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve food items following Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage orders efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and support a positive work environment
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations
