  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
  • Capability to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and serve food items following Wendy's brand standards and guidelines
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage orders efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and support a positive work environment
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to comply with health regulations
