Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift items weighing between 25 and 50 pounds
- Ability to use a headset for order taking and communication
- Willingness to learn and operate general restaurant equipment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to complete all required training programs
- Physical stamina to work in varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and noise
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks
- Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service that exceeds expectations
- Prepare and serve food items according to Wendy's quality standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, slicers, and warmers safely and efficiently
- Take customer orders accurately using headsets and manage register operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining and kitchen areas
- Assist with loading stock and inventory management tasks
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines diligently
