Job Duties

- ensure all food orders are assembled correctly within stated time goals
- maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked dining room, restroom, and work area
- prepare, portion, and serve hot food orders per customer requests including sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries
- stock, portion, and serve beverages
- operate cash register according to cash operations policies
- take orders from customers personally and via intercom system, interface with customers, and provide top quality service
- assist in prepping restaurant for opening and closing
