Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to operate kitchen or service equipment safely
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Job Duties
- Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order is served to the customers
- Be pleasant and alert to customer needs
- Greet guests and process customer transactions quickly and accurately
- Assemble and deliver orders efficiently
- Prepare food and treat products following health and safety standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen and related equipment safely
- Stock and execute proper rotation of products
- Complete assigned prep work for stocking and setup
- Clean and sanitize work areas including counters, tables, restrooms, and floors
- Remove trash and perform other cleaning tasks
- Assist with end of day cleaning
- Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders
