Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment including fryers, grills, slicers, warmers
  • Ability to use headset for order taking and communication
  • Ability to work promptly and reliably
  • Ability to multitask efficiently within established timeframes
  • Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy and temperature-variable environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Prepare and serve high-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
  • Use restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Greet customers and take orders via headset or register
  • Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed
