Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to use restaurant equipment including fryers, grills, slicers, warmers
- Ability to use headset for order taking and communication
- Ability to work promptly and reliably
- Ability to multitask efficiently within established timeframes
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy and temperature-variable environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service that exceeds customer expectations
- Prepare and serve high-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Use restaurant equipment safely and efficiently
- Greet customers and take orders via headset or register
- Assist with stocking and inventory management as needed
