Job Requirements

must be 16 years of age or older
able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Qualifications

must be 16 years of age or older
comfortable engaging with large groups of people
able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is ideal but not required
customer service or sales experience is a bonus
able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties

engage with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide excellent customer experience
maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
monitor courts for guest safety and compliance
prepare and serve food and beverages in the café
host parties and special events to ensure customer satisfaction
assist with front desk operations including membership sales and customer inquiries
communicate effectively with team members to coordinate shifts and park operations
