Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Dependable and have a positive attitude
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Willingness to use restaurant equipment including register and grill
- Commitment to following brand standards and maintaining a clean work environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be team-oriented and ready to assist coworkers and customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests
- Prepare and serve food items following Wendy's quality and safety standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining area and kitchen
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support team members by assisting in various roles as needed
- Follow all company policies and brand standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
