Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in busy environments
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in high volume, customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor the safety of guests as a Court Monitor to prevent accidents
- Assist in café operations including food preparation and customer service
- Host parties and special events, ensuring guests have a fun and positive experience
- Manage front desk activities such as membership sales and guest check-in
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment throughout the park
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests in a busy and dynamic atmosphere
