Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Commitment to following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in fast food or restaurant environment is a plus but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
- Uphold company standards for quality, food safety, and sanitation
- Assist in training new team members and support team development
- Participate in digital tip pooling and follow operational procedures
