Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Commitment to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Capable of performing physical tasks associated with food service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow directions and brand standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and support fellow crew and customers
- Learn and develop new skills as part of the team
- Correct any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stand and move during most of the shift
