Job Description
McGuire Restaurant Group, LLC is an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant. Though the restaurant carries the iconic McDonald’s logos and serves McDonald’s food products, McGuire Restaurant Group, LLC is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. This means that all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by McGuire Restaurant Group, LLC and not by McDonald’s USA. This distinction further ensures that the restaurant operates as a standalone operation with its own management policies and control over workplace decisions.

Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older to work as a crew member
- willingness to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
- previous experience preferred but not required
