Job Requirements

  • Willingness to learn food preparation and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly team atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
  • Support team members and assist in creating an inclusive working environment
  • Participate in training sessions and developmental opportunities
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding food preparation and service
