Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly team atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the restaurant
- Support team members and assist in creating an inclusive working environment
- Participate in training sessions and developmental opportunities
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding food preparation and service
