Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic math skills for pricing and cash handling
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with technology such as P.O.S. systems

Job Duties
- Interact with customers during the sale
- Remove, sort and organize items throughout clients' homes, including attics, basements, storage areas
- Place items in a logical manner throughout each home
- Stage items for display following stager's direction
- Evaluate and price each item or lot for sale
- Control crowds and restrict access to specified areas
- Check customers out using P.O.S. system if assigned
- Handle cash during the sale if assigned
- Balance registers before and after the sale if assigned
