Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn cooking techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers or microwaves
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold food safety and quality standards at all times
- Support and participate in training and development opportunities
