Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- uphold Chipotle’s standards for food quality and safety
- participate in training and development programs to build skills and advance career
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
