Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily following Chipotle's recipes and standards
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow health and safety guidelines rigorously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in training new crew members and support career development
