Job Duties
- exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
- demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- use point of sale system/cash register to record the order and communicate appropriately
- collect payment from guests and make change
- prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner
- check products in pizza unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
- understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
- clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
- understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined by Papa Murphy's
- maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards at all times when representing the brand Papa Murphy's and the company
