Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook and work different restaurant stations
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts depending on business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of microwaves or freezers
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service fostering a friendly atmosphere
- Follow training programs to develop skills across different roles
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Support efforts related to shift the future of farming and food through role responsibilities
