Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
  • Desire to learn how to cook and work different restaurant stations
  • Availability for full-time or part-time shifts depending on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to quality food preparation standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of microwaves or freezers
  • Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service fostering a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow training programs to develop skills across different roles
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Support efforts related to shift the future of farming and food through role responsibilities
