Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle's food safety and quality standards consistently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Handle food preparation equipment responsibly and safely
- Support training of new employees as needed
