Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without microwaves, freezers, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant
- Participate in training sessions and continuously develop food preparation and service skills
- Follow company standards for food safety, quality, and presentation
- Uphold Chipotle's mission and values in every interaction with customers and colleagues
