This job opportunity is presented by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant, which is separate and distinct from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee uses McDonald's logos and food products licensed from McDonald's USA, employment and operational decisions for this restaurant are managed exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
