Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
- willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills

- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- prepare real food by hand daily at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operation
- follow safety and food handling procedures consistently
- support company initiatives related to sustainability and responsible sourcing
- engage in training opportunities to develop culinary and service skills
