Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand according to Chipotle standards
  • Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
  • Follow all food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
  • Handle digital tips and cash accurately
  • Participate in continuous training and development programs
