Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- provide exceptional customer service while creating a friendly atmosphere
- work confidently at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- follow company policies and standards to ensure food quality and safety
- assist in training new team members
- support shift operations to meet customer satisfaction and efficiency goals
