Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment
- Learn and develop cooking skills through company-provided training
- Support and promote Chipotle's values of sustainability and responsible sourcing
