Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Prepare and assemble menu items by hand following Chipotle’s recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
- Support training and development of new crew members
- Uphold company policies and adhere to health and safety regulations
