Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced food service environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Availability for full-time or part-time work
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Willingness to learn how to cook and perform various restaurant tasks

- Basic understanding of food handling and safety preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure efficient operations
- Learn and develop skills through provided training
- Engage positively with customers and teammates
