Job Requirements

  • Be willing and able to stand and move for most or all of your shift
  • Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
  • Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare and serve food and maintain cleanliness
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to assist team members and customers
  • Be able to communicate effectively and handle customer interactions professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Prepare and serve quality food items according to Wendy's brand standards
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including dining, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Assist team members and pitch in wherever needed with a positive attitude
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
