Job Requirements
- Be willing and able to stand and move for most or all of your shift
- Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare and serve food and maintain cleanliness
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to assist team members and customers
- Be able to communicate effectively and handle customer interactions professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve quality food items according to Wendy's brand standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including dining, kitchen, and restrooms
- Assist team members and pitch in wherever needed with a positive attitude
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
