Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties such as standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support company initiatives and uphold brand values
