Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and move during most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and headsets
- Must follow all brand standards regarding food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Must possess a positive attitude and a willingness to help team members and customers
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to comply with company policies and safety regulations
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated reliability and responsibility
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic math skills for handling cash and register operations
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to Wendy’s brand standards
- Serve customers promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new team members
- Uphold a positive and cooperative attitude at all times
