Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Able to sit, stand, and move for extended periods
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Monitor safety and operations on the trampoline courts
- Serve customers in the café with friendliness and efficiency
- Host parties by managing event logistics and guest satisfaction
- Handle front desk membership sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the park
- Communicate effectively with park members, guests, and colleagues
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns promptly
