Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical stamina to handle fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or related field is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Strong desire to learn cooking and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day without the use of freezers, microwaves or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations consistent with company standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines rigorously
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to advance career
