Job Duties

  • Welcome customers, take their orders, and accurately process cash and credit transactions with a friendly demeanor
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Prepare ingredients and assemble items for cooking, operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens to cook menu items following company standards and recipes
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served to the highest quality standards, tasting and adjusting seasoning as needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper food storage and cleaning of kitchen equipment
  • Assist with inventory management by receiving and organizing stock while checking for freshness and proper rotation
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment and comply with health regulations
