Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as register, grill, or headset
- Willingness to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or fast-food role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers, and headsets
- Follow Wendy's brand standards and guidelines to ensure quality
- Support team members and create a positive work environment
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
