Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- able to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in a high volume, customer facing role is a plus
- customer service or sales experience is beneficial
- able to stand, sit, and move for extended periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor safety of guests on trampolines and equipment
- cafe food preparation and customer service
- host parties and coordinate event details
- manage front desk operations and membership sales
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the park
- assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
