Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Passion for learning cooking techniques and food preparation
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a friendly and welcoming restaurant environment
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant operations
- Participate actively in training programs and opportunities for career advancement
