Job Requirements

- Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurants
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees
- Uphold company standards for food safety and quality
- Support the mission to cultivate a better world through responsible food practices
