Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Willingness to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Able to follow brand standards and company guidelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must provide legal authorization to work in the country
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Prepare food and beverages according to Wendy's standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
