Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Follow Chipotle's standards for food safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment
- Assist with training new team members as needed
- Participate in opening and closing procedures
