Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location

  • work confidently at all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
  • collaborate with team members to maintain high restaurant standards
  • support efforts for food safety and cleanliness
  • participate in training programs and skill development
  • contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect
