Job Requirements

- ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location

- work confidently at all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- collaborate with team members to maintain high restaurant standards
- support efforts for food safety and cleanliness
- participate in training programs and skill development
- contribute to a culture of inclusivity and respect
