Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable working with large groups of people
- Ability to work flexible hours during park operational hours
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Ability to lift and move at least 20 pounds
- Ability to communicate frequently in a busy and often loud indoor environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment in the park
- Monitor court activities as part of the safety crew
- Assist in café operations including food preparation and customer service
- Host parties and manage party logistics ensuring a fun experience for guests
- Handle front desk duties including membership sales and guest check-ins
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth park operations
