Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial

  • attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • provide prompt and friendly service to customers in a way that will exceed customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • follow procedures to prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness
  • clean and sanitize food preparation areas storage areas including interior and exterior of restaurant equipment and utensils
  • maintain personal hygiene and adhere to safety regulations
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly
