Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and maintaining clean workspace
- Positive attitude and teamwork
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and assist fellow crew members and customers
- Learn and implement new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain quality service
- Stand and move throughout the majority of the shift to perform tasks
- Use restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations while performing duties
