- No previous food service experience required

- Prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain food quality and cleanliness
- Participate in training programs and seek opportunities for advancement
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
