Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand every day in accordance with Chipotle standards
- Operate grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo stations confidently
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and workstations
- Learn and follow food safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth operations
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and career advancement potential
